Here's to Life

Helping you exercise your way to holistic fitness through dance, singing and laughter in the Redlands.

Here’s to Life conducts a variety of unique, fun Health and Wellbeing programs for women aged 40’s to 60’s plus regardless of shape, size or ability.

Women come to us looking to gain or maintain good physical and mental health in a way they will not find too hard, too lonely, too boring, too intimidating or no fun at all...which otherwise may lead them to give up after only a few visits.

They may also come to us stressed, overweight, diabetic, post- operative, depressed for any number of reasons, lacking in confidence, feeling socially isolated and seeking new friends, or simply wanting more fun in their lives.

Our women’s glowing testimonials show that our unique programs really work for them.

We also run similar programs for people in the community with special needs, female and male, teens to 60’s, again regardless of shape, size or ability, and currently for students & clients of some fourteen Special Schools and Disabilities Organisations.

A physically active lifestyle is associated with many health and social benefits. This is also true for those people with special needs.

By providing low cost programs specifically designed for people with special needs, Here’s to Life provides affordable, inclusive programs which offer the benefits of community engagement, fun, physical activity and improved health.

Judith testimonial"What I like most about Here’s to Life – starting the day with laughter! It creates such a joyous feeling and is something we do so little of each day. I love the challenge of having to remember the dance routines and am so proud of myself when I do."
Judith, Thornlands, 40's, Here’s to Life regular - 6+ years

Testimonials - Dancercise

Fun for people with special needs

”Redlands Special School has had a strong community partnership with ‘Here’s to Life’ since 2006 and a number of our students attend their excellent Dancercise program.

Through the current Here’s to Life programs our students are offered the benefits of regular physical activity and an opportunity to form friendships in a community based setting. The program provides our students an opportunity to build transition to community skills in a supportive and fun environment.

Here’s to Life is to be commended for its vision and mission. Our school is proud of its association with Here’s to Life and looks forward to a continuing partnership in the future.”

Jenny Hart, Principal, Redlands Special School
