Discount: A $3 discount is provided for a third program attended in one week and a further $3 discount for fourth and subsequent programs attended...this covers all Here's to Life Programs.

Payment is by cash only on arrival for each session. If you feel that our programs are not for you, we will happily refund your registration fee after your first session on that day.

Sue is our great fun, principal instructor for our programs for women as well as for our people with special needs.

With nearly 45 years’ experience in Dance, Theatre and Entertainment at a very high level, Sue brings a wonderful blend of personality, genuine warmth and caring, great teaching skills and passion to her role at Here’s to Life, for the benefit of all who attend our unique programs.

Dance For Life

For Fun at Heart Women aged 40s-60s plus

Dance For Life - fun friendship and fitness

Our unique Fun Friendship Fitness "Dance for Life" programs Jazz with Pizazz and Magical Tap are carefully designed one hour sessions for fun at heart women in their 40’s to 60’s plus regardless of shape, size or ability.

  • No previous dance experience is necessary
  • You have the opportunity to set your own pace and level in all classes
  • Our professionally qualified and very experienced, great fun instructors will help guide you through the program
  • We offer a uniquely holistic, aerobically valuable workout concentrating on mobility, strength, balance and co-ordination

Great music throughout, exciting dance steps and routines, laughter and friendship all guaranteed to put a smile on your face and a spring in your step.


Jazz with Pizazz

Jazz with PizazzUniquely holistic:

  • Start from the top down by releasing muscle tension to aid comfort and safety, because we don’t just use our feet and legs in dance
  • Breathe with purpose
  • Move (and laugh) with some fun resistance exercises to tone up your arms and upper body
  • Stretttttch using some that dancers employ. You will feel yourself becoming stronger and more supple the more often you attend
  • Dance, dance, dance an exciting variety of fun steps, styles and routines.
  • Know you’ve had a great workout, including for the brain!
  • Get it right, get it wrong, who cares, we’re here for a good time
  • Cool down with a couple of fun, upbeat songs. Yet more health giving endorphins
  • No previous singing experience is necessary




Magical Tap

There is something magical about the sound we make with our feet when we do tap, while

  • Our Magical Tap program provides an excellent workout
  • We naturally start with the important release of muscle tension (also a great time for a chat) followed by a series of tap related stretches
  • Its time to get the right brain / left brain working with some basic tap exercises before tapping out some great fun steps and routines, concluding with a fun cool down number

Another real sense of achievement, with a good dose of laughter, since we all get it wrong (sometimes lots of times), but persevere because eventually you’ll get it right.
