• Q: What if I think I am uncoordinated and can’t sing a note?

    A: All our programs are about taking part, giving it a really good go and it's a fact that “if you can walk you can dance, and if you can talk you can sing”. With regular attendance you will improve and keep improving. Guaranteed. And that is wonderful for growing your self confidence.

  • Q: What should I wear to Dance for Life / Dancercise?

    A: Whatever you feel comfortable in eg. closed footwear such as joggers, blouse / T shirt, shorts / longs. Dresses or skirts are not advised both for practicality and modesty reasons.

  • Q: What should I bring with me to Dance for Life / Dancercise?

    A: A water bottle and maybe a hand towel for the warmer months.

  • Q: What if I can’t do all the exercises?

    A: Usually we can provide you with suitable alternatives (this can be discussed with your instructor on the day) however we recommend you consult your health professional if you have any doubts.

  • Q: Is there easy access to the hall?

    A: Yes, off street parking right at the door.

  • Q: What about people with special needs such as the vision impaired or wheelchair bound?

    A: Our programs cater for people with almost all levels of disability and there is easy wheelchair access.
