Healthy Dragonflies:

Healthy Dragonflies is a lifestyle program designed for anyone who wants optimal health.  Our business teaches people to eat properly at least six times a day with real food and long term results. Inner Strength Pilates

Inner Strength Pilates offers intimate group matwork and group reformer classes encompassing levels from beginner to advanced.  Classes are not conducted on a ‘fitness or bootcamp’ basis but as a meaningful full body practice tailored to each individual participant’s needs and requirements for their body. Private and semi-private lessons are also available by appointment.

Angela is a fully qualified Pilates instructor holding a Diploma of Professional Pilates. She holds membership with both The Pilates Alliance Australasia (PAA) and The Australian Pilates Method Alliance (APMA).  Additionally, Angela has certifications in TRX, Pilates for Cancer and Lymphodema, and is the Redlands only licensed Buff Bones instructor (exercise for osteoporosis). Angela also holds a Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer) which enables her to give professional advice on Pilates and cross-training.

Inner Strength Pilates is proud to be a WEFS (Work Experience Facilitation Site) for Pilates ITC.  As a WEFS participant, Angela hosts student teachers and helps to mentor them through their study to become a Pilates instructor.
